I got myself an Alpride pack. Couldn’t be happier with the service! It took just 5 business days from placing my order to getting the item delivered by FedEx to Canada. That’s 4 days for shipping and 1 day for Snowsafe to process my order. I’ll surely be shopping with Snowsafe again!

I swung by the Snowsafe office in Hove to check out some avalanche bags since getting the right fit is crucial for FWT free riding events. Cain was super professional and friendly, really knew his stuff. He offered some solid advice. We ended up purchasing the Scott Patrol E1 22 litre bag, which wasn’t even on our radar at first, but we’re thrilled with it. It’s lightweight, fits a short back perfectly, and has just enough room for essential safety gear, lunch, an extra layer, and all that jazz. It’s easy to use and deploys nicely (when you practice!). Cain provided excellent service, spending over an hour with us trying on various bags. He was incredibly patient and even tossed in a Recco receiver, which was a nice touch considering the price was already quite fair.

I gotta say, the service from Cain was fantastic! They called me after hours to answer my questions and were super quick with email replies. The Scott Patrol e22 Kit showed up in less than a day, and fingers crossed, I won't need to find out how it performs in real-life situations.

I accidentally ordered the same item as my brother. I received an email saying the order was done processing. I called customer service, and in just a few minutes, they canceled the order and issued a refund. Thanks for the great service!!

Fantastic - when you ring up the shop, you get to chat with an actual person who knows their stuff about the products. They really help you pick the best option. I ordered a couple of airbags, and they shipped them out the very same day.

The packaging was minimal yet secure. The kit included a pro light shovel, Diract transceiver, and a 240 light probe, all at really competitive prices. Plus, I snagged a record helmet sticker for £19, which was £7 less than what I found on Amazon.

Cain Hayler, the Operations Manager over at Snowsafe, has been fantastic in helping out with all my order-related queries and ensuring that customer happiness is top-notch, like a perfect score of 100%. The speed at which he responds to inquiries is just remarkable. I can't recommend Snowsafe enough!

Awesome business, staff, and item! I ordered a reflector that got delivered to my place, ended up in the garage thanks to my wife, and was lost for a few months. They sent me a replacement at no cost; when I finally found the original, I reached out to them, and they said I could keep both!

Snowsafe provides a fantastic selection of snow safety gear, from avalanche airbags to snow shovels, all at really good prices. Being an online-only shop, their customer support is top-notch, and I chatted with them several times before making my order. Everything was shipped out the very next day. They’ve become my go-to for anything related to snow safety. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with the product and the service, but the delivery was a real letdown. I paid for the two-day shipping, yet the delivery company decided to keep my package in their depot for an extra day. When I inquired about the delay, they claimed there was no postcode or contact number on the package. After driving 20 miles to pick it up, I found that the package was clearly marked with both my postcode and contact number right on the front. DPD is the delivery service, and honestly, they are awful. They seem to lie when confronted about their mistakes. I’d suggest that Snow Safe reconsider using them in the future.

Showed up right on time as promised. The quality of the product is top-notch, and it's super easy to adjust. Perfect for carrying a Camelback and all the must-haves for a day on the slopes. I really appreciated the helmet attachment on the bag.
